Evaluate the output of image analysis
An image-analysis feature can serve different products: identifying a catalog card, helping review a collectible, or adding context to a graded holding. Write down which output your interface requires and verify that output against a labeled sample. Do not assume every image-analysis product returns the same match object.
For a collection scanner, record correct printings, incorrect matches and unresolved cases. For a grading-oriented tool, inspect the grade and population fields the feature actually uses. Keep these acceptance criteria separate so one successful capability does not hide a missing requirement.
Model the complete credit workload
Count ordinary lookups, historical queries and image-analysis requests independently. Estimate requests made after the initial image result as well. A credit allowance can support very different numbers of completed user journeys depending on that mix.
Use a controlled trial to measure the cost of a saved, correctly identified holding. Include retries, manual corrections and missing prices. That outcome is more useful than dividing a plan fee by its largest advertised allowance.

Consider an alternative when required game fields, query access or the total workload fit better. Use a written acceptance sample before making that decision.
