Start with the required sets, languages and printings. A Pokémon binder, a Magic deck tool and a Yu-Gi-Oh! inventory do not ask the same questions of a catalog. Each game guide explains the fields to inspect and the cases that need user confirmation.
Build a fixed sample before comparing providers. Include recent releases, reprints, unusual finishes and missing price records. A game appearing on a coverage list does not prove that every physical variant is represented.
Keep the next game in the architecture decision
