Who operates the service
TCG API Guide is operated by TCGGraph. Contact hello@tcggraph.com for questions about submitted data.
What we store
We store the API name, public links, supported games, description, pricing summary, contact email, ownership evidence and review history you provide. Subscription identifiers and status are stored so we can manage paid profile access. We do not store payment card details; checkout is handled by Stripe when enabled.
What becomes public
Approved, active profiles can display the API name, summary, supported games, pricing summary, website and documentation links. Contact emails, ownership evidence, private review notes and payment identifiers are not published.
How we use your details
We use submissions to review ownership, administer the listing and handle profile changes or billing questions. Limited technical request counters help prevent submission abuse. Contact details are not added to a marketing list through this form.
Your private management link
The private link grants access to your submission and billing controls. Keep it confidential. Contact us if the link is lost or shared accidentally so access can be reset.
Hosting and external services
The site is hosted on Vercel and stores submissions in a Turso-hosted database. Stripe processes payments and subscription management when connected. Public pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Following a provider link takes you to that provider’s website and its own privacy terms.
Corrections and deletion
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of submission data. We may retain records needed to administer an active subscription, resolve a dispute or meet recordkeeping obligations. Public editorial content is handled separately from private account information.
